Policy on Duplication and Research Ethics

Duplication Policy: In the case of detecting duplication, the Journal reserves the right to request the author to provide an explanation, make revisions, or immediately reject the manuscript/retract the article. The following actions are considered violations: a. Including in the author’s manuscript/article any text, data, images, or other information from others' research or published articles without citing the original source; b. Providing unclear or inaccurate information about the sources reused in the manuscript or article; c. Properly citing sources, but the manuscript/article has a duplication rate exceeding 30%, including translated materials from other languages into Vietnamese or English; d. Any other actions that violate current copyright and intellectual property laws.

Research Ethics Policy: Authors are responsible for managing ethical issues in research. The Journal reserves the right to request authors to disclose and provide documentation or evidence when necessary. If insufficient evidence is provided, the Journal has the right to reject the article. The following actions are considered violations of research ethics: a. Conducting scientific research that causes irreparable harm to humans, living animals, or the environment; b. Treating research members unfairly, including any act of racial discrimination; c. Mentioning or including in the manuscript/article any images or personal information related to individuals without their permission; d. Conducting research involving human gametes, stem cells, human embryos, and related materials, organs, or body parts without a permit from the relevant authority.
